We love saying thank you to our regulars. Our loyalty scheme is now completely digital – no more paper cards to lose in your jeans. Every qualifying visit automatically adds a loyalty stamp to your membership profile, and your rewards are applied at the desk without you lifting a finger. It’s fairer, easier to track, and means nobody misses out just because they couldn’t take a paper card home.
How it works
- Check in with your membership number. When you arrive, we check you in at reception and apply the correct admission type for your tier.
- Stamps are linked to your membership profile. When your visit qualifies, the system adds a digital stamp to your account automatically. You don’t need to carry a paper card or remember anything extra.
- Rewards are applied automatically. When you hit a reward visit, the correct discount or free entry is applied on our till automatically when we book you in.
- Ask us any time how many stamps you’ve got left. We can check your visit history, loyalty count and available rewards at reception in seconds.
Note: Some special offers, passes, event tickets or heavily discounted entries may not earn loyalty stamps. If a particular offer does not count towards your loyalty, we’ll always let you know at the desk.
Your tier, your perks
Loyalty rewards are based on your membership tier. Here’s a simple breakdown of how stamps and rewards work now.
Legacy Basic
For members who joined under the previous Basic structure.
- Stamps: You continue to earn loyalty stamps under your existing Basic rules.
- Reward: Every 5th qualifying visit is half price.
- Important: Basic membership is no longer offered as a current membership option.
- However, legacy Basic members continue to enjoy all of their existing benefits.
Hades
Our entry paid membership for regular visitors who want better value without going top tier.
- Membership: £10 per year.
- Admission perk: £1 off standard admission prices.
- Reward: Every 10th qualifying visit is half price.
- Stamps and rewards are applied automatically at check-in.
Poseidon
Formerly Gold. Extra perks for our regulars who like a little more from each visit.
- Admission perk: £1 off standard admission prices.
- Reward: Every 5th qualifying visit is 50% off.
- Reward: Every 10th qualifying visit is free.
- Stamps and rewards are applied automatically at check-in.
Zeus
Formerly Platinum. Our premium membership tier for the most loyal lads.
- Admission perk: £1 off standard admission prices.
- Reward: Every 5th qualifying visit is free.
- No need to track anything – the system handles it all using your membership number.
No more paper cards
We’ve retired the old cardboard stamp cards. Your loyalty is now linked directly to your membership number. That means:
- No more forgetting your card at home.
- No more soggy cards in your shorts or lost in the wash.
- We can instantly see your visit history, stamps and rewards at reception.
If you still have an old paper card with unused stamps, bring it with you next time you visit. We’ll happily move any remaining stamps onto your digital profile so you don’t miss out.
Quick questions
Do I need to do anything to join the loyalty scheme?
Nope. If you’re a legacy Basic, Hades, Poseidon or Zeus member, you’re already in. Just make sure you always check in with your membership number and the system will do the rest.
How do I know when I’ve earned a reward?
When you reach a reward visit, the correct discount or free entry will appear automatically on our till. We’ll always let you know at the door.
Do all visits earn stamps?
Qualifying admissions at your tier’s normal rate can earn loyalty stamps. Special promotions, event tickets, advance offers or heavily discounted passes may not qualify. If something doesn’t earn stamps, we’ll tell you at the time of purchase.
