Welcome to ClubZeus.
By using our website, purchasing a membership or pass, or entering our venue, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. These terms are here to help keep ClubZeus safe, respectful, private, and enjoyable for everyone.
ClubZeus is an adults-only private members’ venue. You must be 18 or over to use our website services, purchase memberships or passes, or enter the venue.
1. Membership
ClubZeus operates as a private members’ venue unless otherwise stated for specific events or promotions.
Memberships are issued to one individual only and are non-transferable. You must not share, lend, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your membership, member number, digital pass, or entry entitlement.
Membership may be linked to your email address, member number, or other information provided during registration.
You may be asked to show valid photo ID when joining, registering, renewing, or entering the venue. ClubZeus does not store copies of your ID, but we may ask to see valid ID to confirm your age and identity.
Membership is now digital. If you lose access to your membership details, please contact us or speak to staff at the venue so we can help you recover or confirm your membership.
ClubZeus reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or revoke membership where management reasonably believes there has been a breach of these terms, unsafe conduct, abusive behaviour, misuse of membership, or behaviour that may affect the safety, privacy, reputation, or enjoyment of the venue.
2. Entry to the Venue
Entry to ClubZeus is always at management’s discretion.
Having a membership, ticket, pass, previous entry, or prior acceptance does not guarantee admission. We may refuse entry where we believe it is appropriate, including but not limited to concerns about age, identity, intoxication, behaviour, safety, hygiene, previous conduct, capacity, licensing conditions, or venue rules.
You must follow all reasonable instructions given by ClubZeus staff, management, security, or authorised representatives.
Anyone refusing to follow staff instructions may be asked to leave and may have their membership suspended or revoked.
3. Respect for Staff, Members, and Visitors
ClubZeus is committed to maintaining a respectful environment for staff, members, and visitors.
Abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, aggressive behaviour, discriminatory language, bullying, unwanted attention, or disrespectful conduct towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
This includes behaviour in person, by phone, by email, on social media, through messaging platforms, or anywhere else connected to ClubZeus.
Anyone behaving in an abusive, threatening, unsafe, or disrespectful way may be refused entry, removed from the venue, banned, and/or have their membership cancelled without refund.
Our staff are here to help. Please treat them with the same respect you expect in return.
4. Drugs, Illegal Substances, and Unsafe Conduct
ClubZeus does not tolerate the possession, use, supply, sale, or promotion of illegal drugs or controlled substances on the premises.
Anyone suspected of possessing, using, supplying, or dealing drugs may be refused entry, removed from the venue, banned, and/or reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
ClubZeus also reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears heavily intoxicated, impaired, unsafe, aggressive, or unable to behave responsibly.
For everyone’s safety, please report any concerns to staff immediately.
5. Consent, Boundaries, and Personal Responsibility
ClubZeus expects all guests to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
Consent matters. No one should be pressured, harassed, touched, followed, photographed, filmed, or approached in a way that makes them feel uncomfortable.
“No” means no. If someone does not respond, walks away, changes their mind, or appears uncomfortable, you must respect that immediately.
Any behaviour that breaches consent, privacy, or personal boundaries may result in removal from the venue, cancellation of membership, a ban, and/or further action where appropriate.
You are responsible for your own choices, conduct, belongings, health, wellbeing, and interactions while using the venue.
6. Privacy, Photography, and Mobile Phones
ClubZeus values discretion and privacy.
Photography, filming, livestreaming, or recording inside the venue is not permitted unless expressly authorised by management.
This includes taking photos or videos of yourself where other guests, staff, private areas, lockers, changing spaces, or venue activity may be visible or identifiable.
Anyone breaching privacy rules may be asked to delete the content, leave the venue, and may be banned or have their membership revoked.
7. Payments, Memberships, Passes, and Refunds
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other approved providers.
Memberships, passes, event tickets, offers, vouchers, and promotions are subject to availability and any additional terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, memberships, passes, tickets, and promotional purchases are non-refundable once purchased.
ClubZeus may, at its discretion, offer a refund, transfer, credit, or alternative arrangement where it considers this appropriate. This does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Prices, offers, opening times, events, services, and facilities may change without notice.
8. Facilities, Events, and Availability
ClubZeus aims to provide accurate information about opening times, events, services, facilities, and availability. However, details may change due to maintenance, staffing, safety issues, emergencies, private events, licensing matters, or circumstances outside our control.
Facilities such as the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cabins, lounges, bar areas, lockers, or other venue spaces may sometimes be unavailable, restricted, or changed without notice.
ClubZeus is not responsible for loss, inconvenience, or disappointment caused by changes to facilities, opening times, events, or services.
9. Personal Belongings, Lockers, and Property
You are responsible for your own belongings while visiting ClubZeus.
Please keep valuables secure and use lockers or storage areas where provided.
ClubZeus is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused directly by our negligence.
Guests are expected to respect the venue, facilities, lockers, keys, towels, equipment, fixtures, fittings, and property belonging to ClubZeus.
Anyone who deliberately damages, misuses, removes, or interferes with ClubZeus property may be asked to leave, banned, and may be required to pay for repair or replacement where appropriate.
10. Website Use
You must not misuse the ClubZeus website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with website security, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
We may suspend or block access to website features where we believe there has been misuse or attempted misuse.
Content on the ClubZeus website, including text, branding, images, design, and layout, belongs to ClubZeus or its licensors and must not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
11. Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Personal Wellbeing
Guests are responsible for their own health, wellbeing, personal choices, and conduct while using ClubZeus and its facilities.
You should not use the venue or its facilities if you are unwell, have been advised not to use heat facilities, or have any condition that may make sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, or similar facilities unsafe for you.
Please use the facilities responsibly, shower where required, use towels appropriately, and respect the cleanliness of shared spaces.
ClubZeus encourages all guests to make informed personal choices about their own sexual health and wellbeing. Guests are responsible for their own personal interactions and any risks arising from them.
ClubZeus accepts no liability for sexually transmitted infections, sexual health issues, or other personal health matters arising from consensual contact or interactions between guests.
Unsafe, unhygienic, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of entry, removal from the venue, suspension of membership, or a ban.
12. Bans, Suspensions, and Management Decisions
ClubZeus may refuse entry, suspend access, cancel membership, remove a person from the venue, or issue a ban where management considers it necessary.
This may include, but is not limited to, abusive behaviour, breach of consent, drug-related concerns, harassment, violence, theft, fraud, privacy breaches, damage to property, failure to follow staff instructions, repeated complaints, or conduct that may harm ClubZeus, its staff, members, visitors, or reputation.
Management decisions are final.
13. Changes to These Terms
ClubZeus may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of the website, membership services, passes, or venue after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
